Room A-D, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, Colorado, a Hearing Officer for the City
of Fort Collins will conduct an Administrative
Public Hearing to consider a development pro-
posal. This project is scheduled as third on the
agenda
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The project is referred to as Prairie Village Ma-
jor Amendment, file NMJA140002. This is a re-
quest for a residential development to contain

(Townhome) units on a 1.11 acre s@e. The proj-
ect is located at 1715 W. Harmony Road, on
Fromme Prairie Way, west of Seneca Street.
