Dear Property Owner:
On Friday, December 22, 1989, at 2:00 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold an
administrative review hearing to consider a subdivision in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Forbes Minor Subdivision, and is located on the east
side of County Road #11, north of County Road #50, and south of Country
Club Road (extended). The request would subdivide a parcel of land
containing 20.33 acres into three lots consisting of 3.3 acres, 4.5 acres, and
10.09 acres respectively.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor-
dance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
