This request is known as Forbes Minor Subdivision, and is located on the east side of County Road #11, north of County Road #50, and south of Country Club Road (extended). The request would subdivide a parcel of land containing 20.33 acres into three lots consisting of 3.3 acres, 4.5 acres, and 10.09 acres respectively. This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor- dance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code. The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
