Please take notice that on December 22. 1989, the Planning -.&Pd Zoning Board
of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the Minor Subdivision Plat
known as Forbes Minor Subdivision., which development was submitted and
processed in accordance with Section 29-644(g) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins. The Minor Subdivision Plat of the subject property is on file in the
office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
