TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, being the owners of of the following
described property, situate in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the Southwest w' of Section 32, Township 8
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado, which
considering the West line of the Southwest a of said Section 32 as bearing
S 01' 15' 28" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the
West line of the said Southwest a which bears S 01° 15' 28" E 34.01 feet
from the West I corner of said Section 32 and run thence N 89' 50' 10"
E 562.17 feet; thence S 01' 15' 28" E 1575.83 feet; thence S 89' 50'
10" W 562.17 feet to a point on the West line of the said Southwest 1;
thence along said West line N 01° 15' 28" W 1575.83 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 20.3334 acres, more or less.
Containing 20.3334 acres, more or less, do respectfully petition
and request -that the City Q=F11 amend the zoning ordinance of the City of
Fort Collins by charging said above described land from r.l.p.
zone to R.L.P. zone.
