HomeMy WebLinkAboutFORBES REZONING - 48-89 - - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGit, Services Planning Department 6, 1989 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, November 20, 1989*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Forbes Rezoning Case Number 48-89. The applicants are requesting to rezone 20.33 acres to lift the PUD condition, located on the east side of County Road 11, north of County Road 50. The underlying zoning, R-L-P, shall remain. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
