The irrigation plan for the proposed 7- Eleven at the corner of West Prospect and
South Overland Trail fails to meet the City of Fort Collins standards.
The following is a list of problems which need attention:
• The listed backflow device does not meet City standards.
• Sprinkler heads need to have pressure regulation built in.
• Sprinkler valves (HPV) have been discontinued and need to have flow
control.
• The irrigation controller with MWS, DOES NOT make the controller
weather based or a smart controller.
• No master valve listed on plan.
• Hydrozones need to be clearly listed on plan.
• Water budget chart with total water use needs to be listed on plan.
• Pressure charts from the P.O.C.
