Lot 4 (Pad 'D') Dear Steve: LOCKWOOD A CHITS CTeS In a minor amendment previously applied for on this project, there were two significant issue to be resolved. They are as follows: Lot 4 (Pad 'D') needs to be increased in size. The description of the increase provided previously was not correct, it encroached on adjacent easements. Attached is a revised description. The purpose of this change is to accommodate the building design and roof overhangs, not to increase building coverage. A red -lined site plan was provided earlier. 2. Zoning requested that elevations for Building 'D' (located on Lot 4) be provided showing sign locations. There were two concerns here as follows: A. A sign could = be located as indicated on an upper steel parapet element per sign code. Resolution: the parapet element has been eliminated. B. Seven flag poles were shown on the elevations, this was of concern because banners are not allowed full time per sign code. Resolution: All flag poles have been eliminated on the south side of the building. Only two flag poles remain on the north side of the building, these are intended for US and State flags.
