Dear Steve:
Staff comments on the submittal for the above project
include a concern that the achitectural intent of the
project should be clarified, and that specifically note #12
on the site plan is "vague".
Please review the following note for possible inclusion in
the Site Plan - Project Notes, replacing note #12.
The architectural character as determined for pads 'E'
& 'F' is intended to establish the architectural theme
throughout the project. Buildings yet to be designed
shall be achitecturally compatible with this theme.
Some variations in form should be expected. Same
materials of construction and colors will be used
throughout the project. All roofs will match in
material and color.
Please comment if this note is on the right track in
clarifying sufficiently the projects architectural intent.
