The Comment Letter is dated April 27, 2001. The following is an explanation of how the issues from the project comment sheet have been addressed. 2. Zoning Department - Jenny Nuckols A. OK. B. Yes C. The verification of the maximum allowable area per Table 5-B determined that a area separation wall will be required on the south wall of the H-4 occupancy group. All calculations were faxed on June 20, 2001 to Rick Lee for verification of the calculations and a possible variance for the area separation wall. 4. Light & Power Department - Doug Martine A. OK.
