Subject: Drawings for Platte River Site Advisory Plan Review
Good morning. Black & Veatch sent me several sets of black and white engineering drawings
sets for the Portner transmission project along Trilby Road. These drawing sets contain
detailed information on the underground duct bank design, vault design, etc. and have a page
or so of construction notes about the project. The plan and profile sheets are the same as what
I gave you when we met, they are just bigger and in black & white.
Here is a suggestion about the distribution of those drawing sets to the departments you
checked off on the New Project Routing Sheet. Feel free to edit my list and then I will get
everything put together and bring the assembled materials to the front desk along with this list
so the drawing distribution can be made accordingly. Thanks
