RE: #9-09 PRPA/ Harmony-Portner-Boyd Lake 230kV Transmission Line
Dear Mr. Olt,
The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned project and submit the following comments.
The proposed tunnel duct bank crosses an existing waterline stub near station 8+30.
The proposed tunnel duct bank crosses an existing sanitary sewer line stub near station 10+45.
The proposed tunnel duct bank appears to be too close to the existing sanitary sewer line from
station 10+50 to 14+50. The proposed duct bank would be located within the trench side slope
of the existing sanitary sewer line.
The proposed tunnel duct bank crosses an existing waterline stub near station 36+85.
The existing sanitary sewer line at station 50+59 is a 27" concrete sanitary sewer line.
The District will require another review due to the nature of the above comments. Please do not hesitate
