Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, October 22, 1990*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall
West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation
in your neighborhood. The annexation is commonly known as Galatia
Annexation and Zoning, Case #36-90.
The applicants are requesting to annex 235.48 acres, located at the northeast
corner of East Prospect Road and Interstate 25, to be zoned: HB; Highway
Business - 27.993 acres, IP; Industrial Park - 142.955 acres, RP; Planned
Residential - 64.530 acres.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have
