Dear Property Owner,
The Planning Department has received a letter from Eldon Ward requesting a
continuation of the Galatia Annexation and Zoning from the City Council's
November 20, 1990, meeting until the Council's December 18 meeting. Mr.
Ward has indicated in his letter that he has had problems completing the legal
descriptions for the different proposed zoning districts within the annexation.
Staff is recommending approval of the continuation to the Council.
