Dave,
Kiana forward your email onto me as the project Planner. I thank you forgetting involved in the public process for
development review.
To answer your question quickly the development review process is open for public comment through email or letters
prior to the public hearing and such communication will be forward on to the decision maker. Also, since the decision
maker for this project is the Planning Zoning Board the public will have a chance to offer comment during the public
hearing.
For this project PDP130031 we have had only one round of Staff review. We are currently waiting for the applicant to
resubmit for a second round of staff review and the public hearing date has not been determined.
I have included the applicant in this email so they may be aware of your concerns and might be able to address them in
the design of the project.

Kiana, I live on Parliament Court directly east of this site. Last year the owner illegally parked 100 or more new cars on
this site and it greatly interfered with our views to the west — particularly with bright sunshine shining off the cars. 1
think this proposed use negatively impacts my property value and I am against it being granted.
What can I do?
