Hello,
We live on Claire Court, just east of the proposed storage facility expansion. We would like to
register our objection to the proposal in writing with this email. We love our home and
especially value our pristine location on the Prairie Dog Meadows protected Open Space. While
Rhinnie's has expanded once quite recently, we truly object to a second expansion as it
continues to detract from our view and property value. Parking cars and other vehicles on
those lots reflects back sunlight and mars the enjoyment of our outdoor space- not to mention
the eyesore of seeing rows and rows of parked vehicles in an otherwise natural open
space. Please consider limiting the request to what they already have and not expand
further. We worry about the depredation of our beautiful neighborhood, and ask that you
consider not granting them their request.
