Skyway Fort Collins, CO 80525 Subject: 120 day extension to Whitman Storage Facility II PDP - 130031 Dear Mr. Whitman: Staff has reviewed your request for a 120 day extension, as permitted in Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code, to resubmit a revised Project Development Plan. City Staff provided written comments regarding review of the development proposal on October 8, 2013, therefore the application is due to expire on April 8, 2014. Based on your request, staff has approved the extension in accordance with Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code. The 120 day extension will be granted until July 7, 2014. Please note that the project is eligible for a second, 60 day extension a request for which must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of expiration. College Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado 80524 Re: PDP 130031 - Whitman Storage Facility 11 Dear Mr. Gloss: On behalf of Randy Whitman, I am forwarding this request to extend the allotted time for the subject development project. In order to properly respond to the City of Fort Collins staff review comments, it is necessary to come to a final resolution as to the location and extent of the wetlands mitigation that has been required by the staff. The work is progressing under the direction of Steve Long of Cedar Creek Associates. The final plan for the wetland mitigation work is to be completed by September. I anticipate that we will be able to properly address the staffs comments and complete the PDP process in the same time fi-ame. I sincerely appreciate your consideration of this request..
