Staff has reviewed your request for a 120 day extension, as permitted in Section
2.2.11 of the Land Use Code, to resubmit a revised Project Development Plan. City
Staff provided written comments regarding review of the development proposal
such that the application will expire on July 28, 2015 without a resubmittal. Based
on your request, staff has approved the extension in accordance with Section
2.2.11 of the Land Use Code. The 120 day extension will be granted until
November 27, 2015.
Please note that the project is eligible for a second, 60 day extension a request for
which must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of expiration.
