I am still waiting for Randy and his engineer to produce erosion control materials, as a result of a field meeting on
Thursday where a sheet was shown for the foundation of building as being the initial disturbance. I explained to them
that the calculation will need to be based upon total disturbance.
They further disagreed and said that that the project is under 10,000 sq. ft. so I am waiting on that proof or the full
erosion control materials per the criteria. As of right now, I have only observed disturbed area of about 14,000 sq. ft. per
the drainage plans that were sent to Dan and forwarded to myself.
I have not received anything as of this morning so I am still on a holding pattern.

FYI. I just signed off. I called Randy and let him know just now.
Also, the grading and erosion plan that I received was not updated per Jesse's redlines so I believe that is still
outstanding unless Jesse received something separately. That is, the grading part was adequate but I don't believe the
erosion part was. Please let me know if I can provide any clarification on that.
