The following comments are provided in response to your letter dated, November
17, 1989.
,A� Items 1 and 2 are understood.
Items 3, 4,._7, and 11 will be addressed by Stewart Engineering.
jCl Item 5: A note indicating blanket easements has been placed on the drawing.
Item 6: Parking lot lighting is addressed on the plan.
KE j Items 8, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 are addressed on the drawings.
In response to your question concerning additional handicapped parking in
front of Building A, the residents of the board and care facility are not
allowed to have personal cars.
G. The owner and the homeowners association have agreed to work out details
for maintenance as may be mutually beneficial to each party. The existing
garage will. remain split i.n ownership as shown on the.plan. Three spaces
are allocated to Shamrock Manor and two spaces to existing Pinewood.
