The following is in response to your comment letter of December 21, 1989,
in the order of your letter.
A note has been added regarding use and/or abandonment of existing
utilities.
l It is understood that electrical utility modification will be at the
Developer's expense.
3 Modifications to garages are required by the revised draina9e plan as
noted and included within the drainage study..
In discussions with P.F.A. residential type sprinkler systems may split
from the service line prior to any other interior use. It is our in-
tention to use the service line for both of these purposes. No new
lines will be required.
A note is added to the landscape plan calling for coordination of
tilites and landscaping paving on site has already occurred.

match for exterior post lighting.
The platting process i.s understood since this method has prevailed from
the start of the project. We feel required to be consistant.

I Two trash dumpster locations are shown on the North property boundary.
The Easterly one is dedicated to the existing project and the Westerly
one to this project. No change is anticipated..
The fence has been noted.
Building elevations have been revised.

Landscape related items have been removed from the legend.
