On Tuesday, November 28, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the Council Information
Chambers, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the staff of the Planning Depart -
merit will hold a neighborhood .nformation miccting to discuss a proposed planned
unit development in your neighborhood.
The proposal is to convert the single family residence located at 616 West Mulberry
Street into a Bed and Breakfast Inn for up to three guests, plus private living
quarters. There would be no new building additions. The proposed is being
processed as a Planned Unit Development, (P.U.D.).
The list of affected property owners being notified for
this neighborhood meeting is
derived from
official records
of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag
time between
home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected
property owners
may have been missed.
