Dear Sirs,
On May 21. 1990 the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Fort Collins,
appro%,ed the above rcferenced project with the following condition:
I. Approved subject to the condition that the applicant enter into a
development agreement with the City of Fort Collins which documents the
costs and obligations of all the affected parties involved in the improvement
project for the alley between Mulberry and Magnolia Streets.
