Dear Mike and Becky:
Plcase be reminded to execute the mylar for the site plan for the Bed and
Breakfast P.U.D. The mylar should be signed by the owners of record of the
property and notarized.
As an approved P.U.D., with a condition of executing a development agreement,
the mylar should be signed and delivered to the Planning Department. We will
hold the mylar until the development agreement is ready for recording. Then,
we will record both documents at the same time.
