It is my understanding that you want to change this to "Keulen". The procedure for doing this is not difficult but does require that certain documents be taken to City Council for a Resolution. The procedure is outlined below: 1. You submit a letter to the Planning Department requesting a name change and state the preferred new name. 2. The Planning Department will route this request to the appropriate City agencies and utility providers. 3. A Resolution will be forwarded to the Fort Collins City Council for approval. 4. You submit a Declaration describing the change. An example of a similar Declaration is enclosed for your review. The Planning Department can assist you in drawing up this Declaration. 5. The Declaration and a copy of the City Council Resolution will be forwarded to the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder for recording purposes. There is a small recording fee that you will be responsible for. It is anticipated that this process will take about one month to complete. Please call if you have any questions and I will be glad to help you in any way possible. Sincerely: -7J4o;otk4 Ted Shepard Project Planner Enc. 281 N. College Avenue • P.O.
