B. Agenda Review: In the event the April 1 Board meeting should run past 11:00 p.m., the
remaining items will be continued to Monday evening, April 8, 1991, at 6:30 p.m., in the
Council Chambers, New City Hall.
C. Consent Agenda: The Consent Agenda consists of items with no known opposition or
concern and is considered for approval as a group allowing the Planning and Zoning
Board to spend its time and energy on the controversial items. Any member of the
Board, staff, or audience may request an item be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda.

Review - Preliminary
Request for 36 single family homes on 45.05 acres, located west of Overland
Trail and south of Drake Road at Skimmerhorn Drive, zoned RF, Foothills
Residential.
