Agenda Review: In the event the April 1 Board meeting should run past 11:00 p.m., the remaining items will be continued to Monday evening, April 8, 1991, at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, New City Hall. The Planning and Zoning Board is the final authority on the following items. 1. #23-9011 BURNS RANCH AT QUAIL RIDGE - RF Subdivision and RF Cluster Plan Review - Preliminary Request for 36 single family homes on 45.05 acres, located west of Overland Trail and south of Drake Road at Skimmerhorn Drive, zoned RF, Foothills Residential.
