Dear Resident:
On Thursday, November 30, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the Media Room of
Lesher Junior High School, 1400 Stover Street, the staff of the Planning Department
will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a proposed planned unit
development in your neighborhood.
The proposal involves a change of use allowed on the property at 921 East Prospect
Road. The change of use would convert a former machine shop located on the rear
of the property to a retail sales showroom for energy conservation devices and
invisible fencing. The home on the front of the property will remain in a residen-
tial use. This conversion is being process as a Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.).
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
