The proposed project is commonly known as Altair PUD - Preliminary & Final, Case #60-89. The applicants are requesting a 1500 s.f. sales and service center, located at 921 East Prospect and zoned R-P, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
