NOTICE
Please take notice that on October 25, 1993, the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the
Subdivision Plat known as Replat of Tracts D and E and Lots 33-40
of Victorian Gables Patio Homes at silverplume P.U.D. which
development was submitted and processed in accordance with Section
29-526 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Subdivision
Plat of the subject property is on file in the office of the Clerk
of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Lots 33 through 40 and Tracts D and E of Victorian Gables
Patio Homes at Silverplume P.U.D., located in the North 1/2 of
Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
