Larimer County has reviewed the proposed Maxwell Annexation and finds that said
annexation will not result in any significant negative impacts on County facilities
or services. Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Fort Collins
Urban Growth Area, Larimer County acknowledges that this annexation will result in
an amendment to the Urban Growth Area boundary.
