Dear Jennifer:
Staff has reviewed the Elm Street Daycare PUD Preliminary/Final plan and
has the following comments to make:
1. The letter submitted to address Storm Drainage concerns (that no additional
building area will be added) must be signed and dated by you.
2. All dimensions of the lot and existing house/garage need to be added to
the site plan.
3. The site is zoned R-L, rather than R-M as shown on the site plan. The
zoning needs to be corrected on the site plan.
4. A tree should be provided in the front yard of the site.
5. There is a trash dumpster at the southwest corner of the site. If this
dumpster belongs with this site, it should be located on the site and shown
on the site plan.
By Wednesday February 7. 1990 two (2) folded copies of revised plans
addressing these comments must be submitted to the Planning Office. By
Monday, February 20, 1990 ten (10) folded sets of the site plan, a colored
rendering (unfolded) and an 8-1/2" x 11" PMT reduction must be submitted for
the Board meeting February 26. Please feel free to contact me if you have
