Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, February 26, 1990•, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", New City
Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Elm Street Day
Care PUD - Preliminary & Final, Case #64-89.
The applicants are requesting a day care center for 12 children, located at
1218 Elm Street, zoned R-L, Low Density Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet
of the project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have
questions or require further information about this item, please feel free to

I have read over the proposal, and review the living area for
this Day Care Center. I feel this is not a sufficient living area
for a 12 child care. The home is too small for all these children,
also the yard is not large enough. Thank you for informing our
neighborhood of this.
