Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter
This letter is intended to supplement the Mitigation Plan included in the East Park District Maintenance
Facility MA submittal. Most of the existing trees located on the site were planted by the developer for

trees which have been deemed to provide significant value by the City Forester,
replacement trees will
be provided at the increased size per Division 3.2.1 (F)(1) of the Fort Collins Land Use Code. For trees
removed which are under the required DBH per Division 3.2.1 (F)(2) of the code, additional mitigation
will be provided through the addition of plant communities located in the Natural Habitat Buffers. These
plant communities are intended to provide additional habitat for local wildlife.
