Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter

State intent of submitting an Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter. Include brief description
of existing trees on -site and the number of trees that are proposed to be impacted.
Tree #1, Green Ash.. 3 Fair
Tree is centrally located in lot, is small and is also threatened by Emerald Green Ash Borer, so
effort to maintain tree is not warranted. No mitigation is required.
Tree #2, Redbud, 6.5", Fair -
Parking must be located in rear of lot for access off of alley. Due to the narrow lot (50') it is not
feasible to have full depth parking stalls. This tree is low branching and will be 'impacted by
overhanging vehicles and parking lot curb location
Tree #% Peach, Multi -stem (9), Remove
Parking must be located in rear of lot for access off of alley. Due to the narrow lot (50') it is not
feasible to have full depth parking stalls. Th. is tree is low branching and will be impacted by
overhanging vehicles and parking lot curb location. No mitigation required.
Tree #4, Siberian Elm, (2) 5" stems, Fair -
Parking must be located in rear of lot.for access off of alley: Due to the narrow lot (50') it is not

Due to the narrow lot that prevents the building from being located further to the east, a
sidewalk needing to be installed for trash and service access along the side, the basement
excavation, as well as the lot taking on several other lots runoff water from the west and a
drain pan needing to be installed along the property line for this the practical difficulties in
maintaining this tree are too great.

Due to the narrow lot that prevents the building from being located further to the east, a
sidewalk needing to be installed for trash and service access along the side, the basement
excavation, as well as the lot taking on several other lots runoff water from the west and a
drain pan needing to be installed along the property line for this the practical difficulties in
maintaining this tree are too great. No mitigation required.
