Include brief description of existing trees on -site and the number of trees that are proposed to be impacted. Tree #1, Green Ash.. 3 Fair Tree is centrally located in lot, is small and is also threatened by Emerald Green Ash Borer, so effort to maintain tree is not warranted. No mitigation is required. Tree #2, Redbud, 6.5", Fair - Parking must be located in rear of lot for access off of alley. Due to the narrow lot (50') it is not feasible to have full depth parking stalls. This tree is low branching and will be 'impacted by overhanging vehicles and parking lot curb location Tree #% Peach, Multi -stem (9), Remove Parking must be located in rear of lot for access off of alley.
