The primary remaining issues relate to drainage and lighting. Drainage issues are being coordinated by Susan Hayes of the City's Stormwater Utility and with the engineering consulting firm. The lighting issues, however, should be resolved by your firm and the client. The Planning and Zoning Board will look for two issues to be resolved: 1. The P.U.D. should, wherever possible, keep lighting to a security minimum. This includes the interior parking lot areas and along the perimeter. 2. There should be some evidence that the concerns about the overall utility yard lighting have been relayed to the appropriate parities at the utility departments. Please be prepared to indicate whether a letter has been sent, or if a meeting has occurred with the affected parties. The schedule for the June 25, 1990 Planning and Zoning Board meeting is as follows. Two sets of the latest plans should be received by Thursday, June 7, 1990.. P.M.T.'s, 10 prints, and colored renderings (if any major changes) are due Monday, June 18, 1990. Final documents, mylars, are due Thursday, June 21, 1990. Planning and Zoning Board worksession is Friday, June 22, 1990. Planning and Zoning Board formal public hearing is Monday, June 25, 1990.
