Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, October 25, 1989, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the City Council Cham-
bers, City Hall West, `, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the staff of the Planning Department
will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a proposed planned unit
development in your neighborhood.
The proposed project is known as The Utility Service Center Addition Master Plan
Study, and involves a proposal to construct a 12,000 square foot addition between
two existing buildings at 700 Wood Street. The building addition will be processed
as a Planned Unit Development.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to
attend.
