Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, February 8, 1990, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold an
administrative review hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision known as the
Second Replat of Front Nine at Southridge Greens P.U.D.
The request involves adjusting the side property lines of Lots 19 and 20 of the
Front Nine at Southridge Greens P.U.D., and Lot I of the First Replat of the
Front Nine at Southridge Greens P.U.D. These three lots are commonly known
as 1306, 1312 and 1318 Front Nine Drive.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
