RE: Second Replat - The Front Nine at Southridge Greens PUD
Dear Mr. Shepard:
This letter is in response to your correspondence dated January
22, 1990.
With respect to comment #3, you should be advised that this
replat effects properties with existing residences and utilities
in place. The replat does not effect any existing utility lines,
and therefore we feel that a utility plan is not necessary.
With respect to your other comments, I have re -submitted a
corrected blue line showing the easement requested under comment
#4; a revision of the vicinity map as requested in comment #7;
and revisions of signature blocks as requested under comments #8
and #9.
We previously submitted to you the mailing labels requested under
comment #10.
It is my understanding that you have set an administrative review
hearing for February 8, 1990, at 1:30 p.m. We will provide the
signed mylar showing all of the above requested changes to you by
February 6. If this is not acceptable, please contact me at the
number above.
