Swallow, Fort Collins, CO. 80525 LAND USE DATA: Request for a church and student meeting place in an existing structure, located at 1635 Blue Spruce Drive. COMMENTS: 1. If the building is not sprinkled, fire containment may be required. 2. "Panic" hardware must be placed on exits and a minimum of 2 exits are required. 3. A schematic for the proposed signage for the church and/or meeting place needs to be provided. 4. Churches and other public meeting places are not a permitted use in the IL Zoning District and would require an approved PUD. Other similar situations have apparently occurred as uses -by -right (i.e., Vineyards Christian Church, 1201 Riverside, in the B-P Zone) or through approved PUD's. The next submittal deadline is Tuesday, January 2, I990 for the February 26, 1990 Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
