Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Villages at Harmony West - Amended Overall Development Plan, #3-90D and Ft. Collins Second and Harmony PUD at the Villages at Harmony West, Lot One - Preliminary, #3-90E Dear Ms. Whetstone, We have several concerns regarding the above amendment. They are as follows: * What type of construction is proposed? How tall will the building be? How will the building and surrounding lot be landscaped and maintained? We are concerned that the neighborhood should continue to look pleasant and attractive. For example, a pre -fabricated, metal -type building would be inappropriate for this neighborhood. * What type of parking lot will the building have (e.g., paved or gravel)? How much and what type of lighting will the lot have (e.g, mercury vapor or something more pleasant)? Will the parking lot be large enough to accommodate patrons? Where will the parking lot entrance(s) be located? We are concerned about aesthetics, potential street parking, and traffic patterns in the neighborhood. * Will the building have chimes, bells, or some type of music? We are concerned about the level and frequency of noise in the neighborhood. * Will the building host activities during the week (e.g., school, daycare, etc) that would affect traffic density in the neighborhood? We hope to attend the Planning and Zoning Board Meeting on Monday, March 23; however in case we cannot, we wanted to voice our concerns. Please keep us informed as plans progress. Sincerely, Gail Wallis 44x Lyle Wallis
