RE: Villages at harmony West.- Amended Overall Development Plan, #3-900
Fort Collins Second and Harmony PUD at the Villages at Harmony West, Lot
One - Preliminary, #340E
Dear Sirs:
On March 23, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins
approved the above referenced projects with the following conditions:
1. Prior to final approval, a preliminary design for the Harmony Road
frontage from Regency Drive to east of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal,
including the canal crossing, be approved by the City Engineer.
2. Prior to final approval the applicant address all stormwater issues which
have not yet been resolved, including the off -site stormwater improvement
designs for Lot 2, design for the relocated emergency spillway, and canal
crossing box culvert sizing details.
3. If there is any change of use or added use to this particular church, then
it must come back to the Planning Department to have the traffic impacts
reviewed.
