Traffic - Northerly Street Connection Our attempt to provide a temporary connection across the Pleas Canal through Mountain Ridge Farms P.U.D., First Filing was not have removed all reference to this connection and will rely on a n( to West Horsetooth via Seneca Street. )ur review. Utilities - Wastewater, Stormwater The completion of improvements by the developers of Mountain First Filing has provided both wastewater and stormwater project. Our design reflects these new improvements. 3; Pleasant Valley & Lake Canal Since the box culvert of the Pleasant Valley & Lake. Canal is no Ic project, very few issues remain with the ditch company.
