The right-of-way for Seneca Street has been dedicated and engineering is
progressing on the final design. Review of this project should commence under the

2. Utilities - Wastewater, Stormwater
The completion of improvements by the developers of Mountain
First Filing has provided both wastewater and stormwater
project. Our design reflects these new improvements.

4. Seneca Lots
No lots currently are proposed to front on Seneca Street. This
