Re: Wextbnooke P.U.D., 2nd Filing
Dear Jeff,
This letter is in response to the possible resubmittal of the revised utility plans for the Westbrooke
P.U.D., tad Filing project After reviewing the project in our Transportation Coordination meeting
on July 24, 1997, staffhas concluded that it would not be advantageous or necessary to resubmit the.
utility plans until a full design of Seneca Drive along the property frorrrage as well as offsite design
of Seneca to the north is completed In addition to the design requirements stated above, right-of-
way for Seneca to the north will need to be dedicated prior to this project being taken to the Planning
and Zoning Board It would be the responsibility of the developer, Mr. Chuck Betters, to comply
with these requirements. This is in accordance with comments made for previous submittals. The
City will not approve this project.until.such time adequate access is provided or available. Hence
it is the position of the City to inform you to complete the connection now or wait for the projects
to the north to develop.
