Collins, CO 80522 Dear Dave: This is to summarize the City's decision regarding the Westbrooke PUD, 2nd Filing and whether it should proceed to tonight's Planning and Zoning Board. Based on the information regarding Seneca Street that was presented at this morning's meeting, this item will be withdrawn from tonight's Planning and Zoning Board agenda. This withdrawal is contingent on the following agreement: Within six months (ie. prior to the December 17, 1998) Planning and Zoning Board meeting, all of the right-of-way necessary to extend Seneca Street to Horsetooth Road will be dedicated and the roadway will be designed and approved by the City. Should this condition not be met, staff will present the project to the Planning and Zoning Board based on the submittal materials in the file in December. Hopefully, the condition will be met and we will be able to present a bonafide final project to the Board prior to that time. Should you have any questions regarding this letter, please conta It me.
