Second 2.2.11 (A) of the Land Use Code allows for the granting of one 30 day extension to the time period for submitting revised plans after receiving comments from the City. Based on your indication that there has been ongoing work since comments were received, a 30 day extension is being granted. Please be aware that the Code only allows one extension. Therefore, if complete revised plans are not received by the end of the day on May 17, 2000, this project will automatically lapse and become null and void. Given the history of this project, there will be no exceptions to this deadline. Second Filing — Time Extension Dear Steve: As per this letter, we are requesting a thirty (30) day extension for submittal of final construction drawings for the Westbrooke P.U.D. Second Filing. This request is necessary due to additional coordination with adjacent property owners relating to the Traffic Impact Study, design of Seneca Street, design of Troutman Parkway and acquisition of off -site easements.
