Re: Villages at Harmony West PUD, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -day Saints
Dear Mitch,
This letter is in response to the City of Fort Collins comments.
I. A. We are submitting the Amended Overall Development Plan for the Villages
at Harmony West with $168.00.
B. Improvements to Harmony will be met upon payment of monies in the
amount of $16,075 adjacent to Lot 2 according to the Development
Agreement. The last sentence in paragraph D.3 says "It is understood and
agreed between the parties hereto that the payment of the monies as
provided in this Paragraph D.3. shall fully discharge any and all of the
Developer's obligations for street improvements to Harmony Road."
\ C. Regency Drive improvement is part of this project.

B. The Access, Utility and Drainage Easement is part of Lot 1 but
improvements to the site were included in the work of this project. Lot 2
has 1.00 Acre +/-.
C. Thank you, but we are matching existing lighting.

III. A. The new landscaping matches existing.
B. The future walk is the finished edge when Harmony road is widened.

E. The new landscaping matches existing.

G. There is no walk to tie the new walk into.

I. There is no room for 5 Buffalo Junipers in the area so, 3 BJ's will be
provided as drawn. The Landscape Breakdown only lists 28 BJ's. The
developer will provide 28 BJ's.

L. The irrigation system will match existing system.
