Re: Springbrook Court/Georgetown. Condominiums
To Whom It May Concern:
The Georgetown Board of Directors have reviewed the proposed Springbrook
lane and find it acceptable to relocate Georgetown's existing ingress/
egress on Drake at the west end of Georgetown to the southwest corner of
Georgetown on Springbrook Iane with the following provisions:
1 - An easement will not be required onto Georgetown property.
2 - Any changes in the PUD would be paid by the Developer of Springbrook.
3 - Springbrook Iane will be maintained by the Developer or the City.
4 - A recordable document will be given to Georgetown Condominium
Association allowing permanent ingress/egress rights to Springbrook
lane. If these rights are revoked at any time, the Developer will be
responsible for re -constructing the existing ingress/egress or, the
west end of the property on Drake.
