Box 429 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Dick: 40 As you know, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the Springbrook PUD Preliminary and final plan on May 7. A condition of approval stipulated that all storm drainage issues must be resolved to the satisfaction of the Stormwater Utility prior to filing any plans. I wanted to provide you with a listing of materials that will be needed in order for plans to be filed, after the two -week waiting period, which expires May 21, 1990. The following items are required prior to filing the approved final PUD plans and subdivision plat: 1. Signed landscape covenant (see attached). 2. Signed mylars of the PUD site plan and plat; mylar of the building elevations. All mylars must he 24" x 36". 3. Signed development agreement. 4. Signed utility plans.
