Attached are five prints of the Spring Creek Center PUD — Final, indicating further revisions made
in response to the final City Staff Comments of May 6, 1998.
Specific responses to those comments include:
The note restricting retail and restaurants to not more than 30% of the floor area of the multi -
tenant buildings has been added as was agreed.
2. Landstar Surveying will address Plat revisions.
3. The applicant will make a final determination regarding dormers or other additional
architectural features at the time of construction. We realize a minor amendment may be
needed if additional features are added to the buildings.

any changes in the current drainage studies.
5. Pedestrian crossings have been revised as requested.
6. The walkway at the southwest corner of Lot 3 has been made more direct.
7. The note regarding multi -tenant buildings has been made consistent with the response to
Comment #1 above.
8. Trees on the west side of the building on Lot 2 have been moved further away from the
building. The two trees on the north side are located as requested in the previous staff
comments.
9. Additional plantings have been added and/or relocated.
10. The note referring to old LDGS requirements has been deleted.
11. A note indicating that utility meters will be painted to match the color of the building surface
has been added.
12. Notes regarding tinted glass and precluded illuminated or permanent window signage have
been added.
