Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday June 14, 1990, at 1:00 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold
an administrative review hearing to consider a minor subdivision proposal in
your neighborhood.
This request is known as the Rogers Park Minor Subdivision, Case #20-90
located at 2515 W. Mulberry Street. The property is in the R-L, Low Density
Residential Zoning District.
This request consists of a proposal to create a one lot subdivision of 8.182
acres. The land is currently unplatted. Rogers Park, a public neighborhood
park, is the proposed use for this subdivision. This hearing is for consideration
of the subdivision plat only.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from the most currently available records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so
all may have the opportunity to attend.
