Seiler, has duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and has submitted this application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: Being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which commences 147.10 feet west of the Southwest Corner of Block 291 of the Loomis Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, thence North 167.50 feet, thence East 97.10 feet to the West line of Washington Avenue, thence South 167.50 feet, thence West 87.10 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 0.3349 Acres, more or less, have caused the same to be surveyed and subdivided into Lots as shown on this plat to be known as the SEILER SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Planning Director held a public hearing on Tuesday, June 12, 1990 at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known as Seiler Subdivision, #21-90 hereby is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Planning Director does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for streets and utilities. B. The lots in this subdivision front on a dedicated right-of-way. C.
